We Bruneians are really blessed to have so much government subsidy on fuel, I was surprised to read this news report three days ago. (click on the image below to see the chart).
Every B$10 purchase of unleaded Premium 97, B$6.21 subsidy, for B$10 Super 92 is B$6.18 subsidy, B$10 Regular 85 is B$11.46 subsidy and for B$10 Diesel is B$16.10. I never thought that diesel carries the highest subsidy. We must not take all these finite resources for granted. Let's move together towards Energy Efficiency and Conservation.
