The public can send SMS to the Department for blackout complaints.

Temporary Emergency Numbers

I was told that electricity in certain areas of Brunei-Muara District were disrupted due to the heavy downpour and storm last night. Some of the traffic lights are out of order, traffic police have to control the traffic. Many areas were severely affected by the flood. The hotlines of Royal Brunei Police Force 993 and Electric Services 144 were out of reach.
